Texas Quiz Bowl Camp (TQBC) uses academic competition as a framework for encouraging young people’s intellectual and social development. Our mission is to foster both intellectual curiosity and a sense of teamwork by having campers learn with and from their peers. TQBC has been held each summer since 2010 at the Tradition at Northgate luxury dorm in College Station, Texas. More than 100 students and coaches from 30 schools in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, California, Michigan, and Ohio participated in TQBC in 2013.
