Here are some logistical notes on our UTD camps:

Location
Our camp will be at the University of Texas at Dallas in the Residence Hall West. This dorm complex is located at the Southeast corner of Waterview Parkway and Loop Drive. There is a circle drive in front that you can use for check-in and check-out. There is a small parking lot (Res Lot Northwest) near the entrance that you can use for parking.  Here is a link to a map of the UTD Campus.
Check-in
We will check-in students in the lobby of Residence Hall West from 1 p.m. through 5 p.m. on Sunday. Please contact us if you know you will not be able to check in during this time period. I am including our Sunday schedule of events below.
Schedule for Sunday 
1:00 to 5:00 Check-in
5:00 to 5:30 Group Meetings
5:30 to 6:30 Dinner
6:30 to 7:00 Intro Meeting
7:00 to 9:00 Evening Tournament
9:00 to 11:00 Recreation
11:00 Lights Out
Check-out
We will check-out students between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on the following Saturday.
Airport Shuttles
For those of you arriving via air on Sunday, we will be providing shuttle service for a small fee. Please send me your arrival (and departure) information including flight numbers. I will send you another email with further details.
Meals
This year TQBA campers will have lunch and dinner provided.
Mini-Fridges
Mini-Fridges are available to rent for your room for a fee of $60 (per week).
Bedding and Towels
All beds will be XL-Twin. Please plan to bring the appropriate linens and towels. Sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets will NOT be provided.
What to bring
Please bring some sort of alarm clock. Please bring personal school supplies if you would like. Please bring a board game to share. Please bring sports gear for activity periods. Please bring a swimming suit. Please bring comfortable but appropriate clothing. Please bring soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste.
What not to bring
Video games are strongly discouraged.
